01Why per-tenant pricing instead of per-seat?
Because a tool that gets in your way is one your team will route around. Once your tenant is provisioned, the more people who use it, the more memory it builds. We do not want to penalize that with seat counts.
02How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
We don’t run a free trial. The product takes a few weeks to earn its place against your shop — a 14-day trial wouldn’t do it justice. If it does not earn its place inside 30 days, you get your money back. Standard subscription, refund window enforced by us, no fine-print clawbacks.
03What does the founder cohort actually get?
Five shops, three years of price lock at $2,500/month, unlimited users, a direct line to the founder with a 4-hour SLA, one custom connector built for your stack, and priority on the roadmap. Five of five seats are currently open.
04When does cohort pricing convert?
Never, for cohort members. The price you sign at is locked for 3 yearsfrom your signing date. After the cohort fills, new customers onboard onto Core pricing, which we’ll publish here once it’s calibrated against cohort outcomes.
05Do I have to be on Epicor Public Cloud?
Today TalkERP is validated end-to-end against Kinetic Public Cloud (where our design partner Amtrend has run since 2020). Kinetic on-premise exposes the same REST API surface and should work — we just haven’t yet validated it in a customer environment, so we’ll do so per-customer before signing. Older Vantage or ERP 10: case-by-case. The gating question is whether your Epicor admin can generate a REST API key for us — if yes, we can almost certainly connect, though older API surfaces may have gaps that limit which agents work.
06How do you charge for connectors?
Every paid plan includes all four current native connectors (Epicor Kinetic, Plaid, Microsoft 365, document layer). Custom connectors are part of the Founder Cohort terms; Enterprise builds are scoped into the Enterprise quote.
07What about implementation cost?
Onboarding is guided and included — we map your Epicor users, set up per-user credentials, and walk through the agent library. For most shops this is a few hours over a couple of working days, not a months-long professional-services engagement.
