Service description

TalkERP ("the Service") is a cloud-based AI assistant that connects to your Epicor Kinetic ERP system and provides conversational access to your business data. The Service is provided by WHM Ventures LLC ("we", "us").

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must have the authority to connect your organization's ERP system and agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data in your ERP system. TalkERP reads your data to answer questions but does not claim ownership or intellectual property rights over your ERP data. Conversation history is owned by your organization and can be deleted at any time.

Read-only default

The Core plan operates in read-only mode. TalkERP cannot modify, create, or delete records in your ERP system on the Core plan. Enterprise write operations, when available, require explicit human approval before any data modification occurs.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: access data you are not authorized to view in your ERP, attempt to circumvent role-based access controls, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe. The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of liability

TalkERP provides data access, not business advice. AI responses should be verified against your ERP system for critical business decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
